Who we are

What we collect and why

When you get in touch

If you message us on WhatsApp, email or phone, we receive your name, contact details and whatever you choose to tell us. We use this only to reply and help with your enquiry.

When you book

Classes and courses are booked through Bookwhen, which collects your name, email address and phone number on our behalf. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see your full card details. We use your booking details to run your classes, send you updates (such as a change of venue or a cancelled session) and keep our business records.

Health information

To keep you safe, we ask you to complete a health form before your first class, personal training session or doula support. It asks about things like your pregnancy, birth, recovery, injuries and medical conditions. The form is completed through Google Forms and your answers are stored securely in our Google account. This is sensitive information, so we only collect it with your consent, use it only to adapt exercises and support for you, and never share it unless you ask us to or there is an emergency affecting your safety.

Online classes

Online HIIT classes run on Zoom. Zoom processes your name and video and audio while you take part. We do not record classes.

This website

We do not use cookies on this website. We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to count visits and check the site loads quickly. These collect anonymous, aggregated information (such as which pages are viewed and the type of device) without cookies and without identifying you.

To load fonts, icons and page styles, your browser fetches files from Google Fonts, jsDelivr and cdnjs, which receive your IP address to deliver them. Our reviews page uses an Elfsight widget to show our Google reviews. Links to WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Bookwhen take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.

Who we share it with

We never sell your information. We only share it with the services we use to run Eir & Wild (Bookwhen, Stripe, Google, Zoom, WhatsApp, our email provider and our website host, Vercel), or where the law requires it. Some of these services may store data outside the UK; when they do, they use legal safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement.

Our legal basis

• Contract: to provide the classes and services you book.
• Legitimate interests: to answer enquiries and run our business.
• Consent: for health information. You can withdraw consent at any time.
• Legal obligation: to keep financial records.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries that don't lead to a booking: up to 12 months.
• Health forms: up to 3 years after your last session, so you don't need to fill one in again if you return. You can ask us to delete yours sooner at any time.
• Booking and payment records: 6 years, as required for UK tax purposes.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of your information, correct it, delete it, limit how we use it, or stop using it. Just email hello@eirandwild.co.uk and we'll respond within one month.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we use your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
